We like to keep everything simple and transparent. All of our products are shipped with Royal Mail and are tracked with 24 and 48 hour options.

A few handy
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return (£3.00) once the return is received in store.

Returning Erstwilder – If you change your mind on your purchase, please return the item* along with any GWP if applicable *Items must be in their original condition with accompanying gift boxes, story cards and swing tags.
Earrings are non returnable for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via email email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

All orders will include a returns label to use. In the event the returns label is not available, please send returns to Unit 46, Four Seasons Centre, Mansfield NG18 1SX. Please ensure your order number is included within your package to help us identify your return.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shoe Emporium is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Yes! We hope you are happy with your recent purchase. However, if it is not suitable you can return or exchange your unworn/unused items in a saleable condition with its receipt within 14 days. If you do not have the receipt with you, we may at our discretion offer you an exchange to the value of the current or most recent selling price.
