Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return (£3.00) once the return is received in store.

Please email enquiries@emporium.shoes to let us know if you are returning an item or have any issues.

Returning Erstwilder – If you change your mind on your purchase, please return the item* along with any GWP if applicable  *Items must be in their original condition with accompanying gift boxes, story cards and swing tags.

Earrings are non returnable for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via email enquiries@emporium.shoes with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

All orders will include a returns label to use. . Please ensure your order number is included within your package to help us identify your return.

Please note all orders placed after 330pm will be posted on the next available collection.

Please note there is no collection on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holiday Mondays.

Absolutely, we offer delivery to most countries around the world. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shoe Emporium is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
